These sessions will help you learn to shop for healthy food, cut through confusing food labelling and recognise so-called health foods that aren’t actually good for you.
What you will receive on your first visit
At your first session David will assess your lifestyle, diet, nutritional status and health goals to lay the framework to develop your personalized eating program. It includes a review of your medical history and a discussion about what you are hoping to achieve through dietary change. It looks at your current weight and past diet history as well as your food preferences. The findings are used to create your customized seven-day meal plan tailored around your preferred foods. It includes all meals and snacks for the week along with a breakdown of calories, carbohydrate and fat content. The handy menu planner comes complete with recipes and a shopping list.
